Are you interested in moving to a vegetarian diet, but hesitate because you think it would be tasteless or limiting? You can enjoy a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables without compromising your taste buds. Learn tips to transition to a meat-free diet and what to include when planning a vegetarian diet in “Vegetarian for Beginners.” Our menu this month:

· Chicken Pineapple Gravy over Rice
· TVP Taco Meat
· Posole – A flavorful Mexican soup

The class will be held upstairs in the church Fellowship Hall. Assistance is available for those needing help getting upstairs.
